BAFTA Games Awards 2020-nominasjoner er i: Control, Death Stranding, og Disco Elysium dominerer

BAFTA Games Awards 2020-nominerte listen er gitt ut i forkant av prisutviklingen 2. april. Prisene feirer det «aller beste i spill» det siste året, med noen av de største siste spillene i line-up. Med alle slags forskjellige kategorier som fremhever de forskjellige prestasjonene i en verden av videospill, er det noen virkelig fantastiske utgivelser som kan komme hjem med et BAFTA-pokal neste måned.

Og prisutdelingen kommer til å bli en stor en for Hideo Kojima. Ikke bare er Death Stranding nominert i flere kategorier, men BAFTA tildeler Kojima med Fellowship-prisen, BAFTAs høyeste individuelle ære. Andre mottakere av denne spesielle prisen inkluderer slike som Nintendos Shigeru Miyamoto, Doublefine-grunnlegger Tim Schafer og Valves medgründer Gabe Newell, for å nevne noen.

I fjorårets priser tok God of War hjem den ettertraktede Best Game-prisen, med andre vinnere inkludert Fortnite for Evolving Game, Florence for Mobile Game, og Nintendo Labo tok hjem to priser for Family Game og Game Innovation.
